Welcome to Irender Website. We do traditional cement render, acrylic render, polystyrene, and blueboard.

I Render Pty Ltd is a family business founded by Sam Ismail, who brings to the company over 30 years personal experience in the rendering trade, which as his extensive customer base will agree, is truly his passion, producing top quality and lasting finishes.

He was introduced to rendering as a young man by his grandfather and father alike, and soon realized how much he enjoyed the challenge of re-juvenating and improving homes as an artisan of his trade.

Today, I Render Pty Ltd, now counts on a new generation of Ismail, his son Mark who has found the same satisfaction in the trade that has given his family such a reputable name for generations before him and shall continue, God willing, for generations to come.

Cement Render

This home that has external walls in fibro cement with an added extension to the back in blue board, was dressed with coarse grade acrylic render and finished using 2mm acrylic trowel on scratch coat. It is important to note that these substrates require special preparation prior to the application of the render and finishing products.

This brick home was finished with sand and cement render which has oxide powder added to the mix to give this warm finish, eliminating the need to paint over the rendered work.

2mm Trowel on Blueboard

This 3 storey home with brick walls on the lower and 2^nd floors and blue board on the 3^rd floor, was rendered using sand and cement on the lower and 2nd floors and the 3^rd floor was rendered with acrylic render, both coarse and fine, to obtain a smooth sponge finish.
